CAAB on The Kojo Nnamdi Show to Discuss the Impact to Low-Income Washingtonians of Being Unbanked or Underbanked and Raise Awareness of the EITC
At the invitation from WAMU 88.5 FM, on April 26, 2018, Joseph Leitmann-Santa Cruz, Associate Director of Capital Area Asset Builders (CAAB) and Manager of the DC EITC Campaign, was interviewed by Kojo Nnamdi for "The Kojo Nnamdi Show" on the impact to low-income Washingtonians of being unbanked or underbanked. During the interview, Leitmann-Santa Cruz also discussed the importance of the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) in lifting Washingtonians out of poverty and its positive impact on low- and moderate-income individuals and families in Washington, DC.
