VolunteerFinancial Educators and Volunteers NeededCAAB's 5-week Money Management class covers the basics of budgeting, saving, and credit and we also host stand-alone seminars on other relevant financial topics. Enrollment in our classes has grown and now MM101 is offered on a weeknight and weekend basis. If you are a financial educator or other financial professional and you would like to volunteer your services to lead (or co-lead) a class, please contact Linda Stroman at 202-419-1440 x 109. We also host financial literacy events throughout the year and utilize volunteers to greet attendees, staff tables, and support event logistics. Please e-mail Linda for more information or to be placed on a list to be notified about our upcoming event volunteer opportunities. Volunteer with the DC EITC CampaignCAAB manages the DC EITC Campaign, a citywide campaign to educate taxpayers about the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and other tax benefits that can boost their annual incomes. Contact us at 202-419-1442 to find out how to volunteer with the DC EITC Campaign as a tax preparer, greeter or intake volunteer, financial counselor, interpreter, or site assistant.
