Antoinette Turner is a Program Manager with the Cash, Transfer & Guaranteed Division supporting low to moderate income participants in multiple programs with making monthly monetary transaction to allow participants in becoming financially self-sufficient. Ms. Turner is one of the District of Columbia Notary Public. She has provided highly qualified support through assisting, mentoring, guiding, teaching life skills management, and empowering individuals with positive reinforcement and structure that helps them accomplish their life goals.

Most recently, she spent 7 years working with an arbitration firm submitting legal documents (briefs) to all Court of Appeals judges to make legal decisions on the behalf of companies and business filing complaints against the U.S. Government. She also spent more than 13 years working with the United Planning Organization, the only Community Action Agency in the District of Columbia, where they provided self-sufficiency, service assistance and awarded grants to multiple programs and businesses citywide.

Ms. Turner received her Master of Business Administration, with a concentration in Management, from Strayer University in 2022. She is dedicated and committed to helping others and building positive relationships throughout her community of people.
