Director of Programs at Capital Area Asset Builders.  Nicolé comes to this work with a deep commitment to economic equity.  As Director of Programs, Nicolé leads a team and oversees the Matched Savings and the Cash Transfers Guaranteed income programs.  She leads innovative initiatives designed to support and empower low-to-moderate-income Black and Brown communities in the Washington, DC area. In this role, Nicolé collaborates with community leaders, community members, and stakeholders to ensure these programs meet the unique needs of the populations they serve, helping participants build wealth, achieve financial independence, and break the cycle of poverty. Nicolé’s leadership has been integral in expanding the organization's impact, driving strategic partnerships, and securing funding to further the mission of economic justice.
