Making Money Grow
The Making Money Grow program provides DC foster youth,
between the ages of 15-20, the opportunity to save and receive
a tax-free match of up to $2,000 annually.

Cash Transfers &
Guaranteed Programs
Cash Transfer and Guaranteed Income department supports low to moderate income residents of the District with a monthly transfer to assist in areas financially where the families are unable to. With the monthly transfer participants are able to pay rent, buy groceries, pay bills and other needs based on the families situation.

Cliff Benefits Analysis
The CLIFF Snapshot compares a client’s current financial situation to possible alternative scenarios. Our Counselors help clients better understand how an increase in wages, additional hours worked, and/or participation in public assitance programs may better position them for financial stability.
