Join Congresswoman Eleanor Holmes Norton as she hosts the 2016 Small Business Fair. During this Fair, residents of DC will be provided the opportunity to learn about new SBA initiatives, government procurement, how to develop a business plan, strategy, find economic resources and connect small businesses to those resources in the District.
