At the invitation from DC Radio, on March 22, 2018, Joseph Leitmann-Santa Cruz, Associate Director of Capital Area Asset Builders (CAAB) and Manager of the DC EITC Campaign, was interviewed by Muriel Garr for two shows to air on April 16th and April 17th for her new daily "Champagne & Credit: The Pathway to the Middle Class" radio show on the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and its positive impact on low- and moderate-income individuals and families in Washington, DC.
