Capital Area Asset Builders (CAAB) invites all women returning citizens from the District of Columbia to attend the upcoming 4th Annual Women’s Re-entry Conference organized by the Mayor’s Office on Returning Citizen Affairs (MORCA). The goal of the conference is to empower women who were previously incarcerated to pave their way to success through financial wellness.
