During the interviews, Leitmann-Santa Cruz talked about importance of developing a personal financial plan, having important estate planning documents in place, maximizing retirement planning options, being aware of tax credits--especially the Earned Income Tax Credit (EITC) and Child Tax Credit (CTC)--and, setting up a College Savings Account.
