Si Usted Trabajó en el 2017: ¡Haga que el EITC Trabaje Para Usted!

 
El Crédito Tributario por Ingreso del Trabajo (EITC) es un beneficio para trabajadores con ingresos bajos a moderados. Para calificar, usted debe reunir algunos requisitos y presentar una declaración de impuestos, aun si usted no debe ningún impuesto o si no está obligado a presentar. EITC reduce la cantidad del impuesto que usted adeuda y debería hacerle un reembolso.

Para calificar, usted debe reunir algunos requisitos y presentar una declaración de impuestos, aun si usted no debe ningún impuesto o si no está obligado a presentar. EITC reduce la cantidad del impuesto que usted adeuda y debería hacerle un reembolso.

Los trabajadores en riesgo de ignorar este importante crédito incluyen a:

  • Los hogares no tradicionales, como un abuelo que cría a su nieto
  • Cuyos ingresos se redujeron o cuyo estado marital o familiar se modificó
  • Los que no tienen niños
  • Los que tienen conocimiento limitado de inglés
  • Los que viven en zonas rurales
  • Los que son estadounidenses nativos
  • Los que tienen ingresos inferiores a los requeridos para su presentación
  • Los que tienen alguna discapacidad o crían niños con alguna discapacidad

Si usted califica para el EITC federal, también puede ser elegible para un crédito similar de parte del Distrito de Columbia.
