Capital Area Asset Builders (CAAB) is proud to announce its partnership with Bank of America for-the-benefit of low- and moderate-income individuals throughout the Greater DC Area who aspire to become first-time homebuyers.

Thanks to the support from The Bank of America Charitable Foundation, CAAB will further assist low- and moderate-income participants in its Individual Development Accounts who are saving toward the goal of buying a home. Homeownership is one proven asset-building tool for community stabilization. CAAB assists low- and moderate-income individuals in the Greater DC Area to save funds and receive a tax-free, no strings attached match to purchase a home.
